Rickey Daniell
Owner and President

Hello, I’m Rickey C. Daniell, proudly serving as the President and Owner of Arrow Construction Co, Inc. (ACC) since 1993. With a rich history in the industry, I’ve steered ACC on a remarkable journey of growth and success.
My professional journey began as the District Manager of Pride Petroleum Services – Snyder District from 1990 to 1993, where I oversaw rig operations, rental tools, and ancillary equipment. Prior to that, I held the esteemed position of Vice President of Operations, commanding operations in North Texas, New Mexico, and Oklahoma from 1983 to 1990.
Rooted in the oil fields of Crane, TX, I earned my stripes as a roustabout, evolving to roles like floor hand, rig worker, and eventually, an Operation lead. My leadership journey progressed as I ascended to become the District Manager of the Crane, TX yard of Texas International Co.
My educational foundation was laid at Crane High School, where I was elected Vice-President of my senior class. That year, I was also bestowed the honor of co-captaincy for both the football and track teams.
After high school, I pursued higher education at SWTSU in San Marcos, majoring in Industrial Arts for 1.5 years. During this time, I proudly joined Lambda Chic Alpha Fraternity at Texas State University and became a member of Scurry Lodge 706 in Snyder, TX. Following my heart, I left college and embarked on a journey of love and commitment by marrying Paula, my wife of 48 years. Together, we’ve been blessed with three daughters, six grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.
One of my proudest achievements has been propelling Arrow Construction from a modest team of ten employees to a dynamic workforce that has grown to as many as 75 employees.
A testament to my commitment, I’ve focused on meeting the needs of both my valued customers and dedicated employees.
Thank you for joining me on this remarkable journey of growth, service, and success.
